Go to the Orange County Property Assessor website and you can view the actual sale records with buyer and seller names.

A Realtor can help you with that. Sometimes it is showing on Zillow but doesn't always give you the full scope.

If you use Zillow, you can place in an address and it will show you the most recent sales.  You can also do a search for the Property Appraiser's office in yyour County records.  most are online.

Zillow and your local property appraiser website can give you such information if you are suffering from Realtor phobia.  But if you don't, then call your local realtors and see the ones that are willing to help you.  And keep them in mind when you chose a realtor.  Good goes around.

1. Search Zillow for a broker with experience in your service area.

2. Have them complete a detailed market analysis on your neighborhood.

3. They will provide you a full report.

Finally, it is always best to ask to see a sampling of homes in different price ranges.

This will provide you the information that you need to make an informed decision.

Best wishes Lacy Meow!

Hi Lacymeow,
You could go to a realtor,   but if you are looking to find the information yourself, then a good place to look would be the property appraisers web site of the county in which you reside.

Let me know if I can be of assistance,

Hey there Lacy,

The best way would be to talk to a local realtor. Just like everyone else noted, it would be much easier for a realtor to pull this information for you. A realtor could also provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis showing you the market value of your home.

We would love to be those realtors for you if you wish. Don't hesitate to ask.

Are you looking to sell your home or just for some numbers?

Good luck to you either way.

Check Realtor websites for a service called 'market snapshot' it will show you all the activity for your neighborhood.

Hope this helps,

I will be happy to help you. I work in the area, and live in Eastwood.
Of course you could always visit the www.ocpafl.org website and search by the address, but often it takes a week or two for it to show up on public records.
There are time we as agents know the day it closes, what it was sold for.

also agents sometime have extra info such as if it was a cash deal, FHA, or conventional financing and on occasion maybe if the seller contributed any closing cost.

We just need the address.
