your agent should tell you, we have access to the "mls" service that allows us to pull up tax records and farm records to see the past prices of the home

Real Estate Agents can gather that information if the home was listed in the MLS. You can always go to the Township Clerk's office and search there as well.

Area tax records show recent sales and prices. Most counties have this info on the web, but some of the sites can be tough to navigate. A realtor in your area can often more easily access the info via the MLS, so if you're not wanting to take the time to learn the county web page I'd suggest callng an agent. You can sometimes get the info from calling the county as well, but in my Seattle area I've found calling the county to be painfully slow at times.
How do I find out what this home originally and lastly sold for? Thank you
