How do I find out which bank ownes a foreclosed property or and about to be foreclosed property?

Your news paper.

Every day there are announcements as required by law for foreclosures.

However, if you don't want to sift through the newspaper or county record, a good Realtor has the resources to find you a range of properties in various states of default or bank ownership.

It all depends on what you are looking.
