You can also set the Google Advanced search terms to just the number you are interested in seeing.

Zillow absolutely doesn't care about the Multiple Listing Service indentification number, and you shouldn't either.  Zillow doesn't use it for identification of property or any references, and has no affilation with the Multiple Listing Services.  A realtor also doesn't need it as they can look up the property by address as easily as by anything else.

But, if you really want to look up MLS numbers on Zillow, you can do it with a Google Advanced Search.

http://www.google.com/advanced_search

Set the domain name to
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/home-info

Set the results per page to 100
set the search words to MLS

Example:
Zillow MLS references

It finds 294 properties on Zillow that have the MLS number listed.  It would find a lot more if Zillow didn't dynamically create the list pages so that Goggle could crawl all properties, by Zillow doesn't intend to change that in the near future, so only Zillow home pages that are reference by other websites are found by Google's searching methods.

(Zillow uses ZPID numbers instead (Zillow Property Identification Numbers), and they have a number for every ownership unit in the entire United States, not just what is presently on the market.)
