Hi Zillow experts. Josh here, new home buyer since 7 months ago. I have a question for you. There is a house on my street in Ontario California that has been vacant for probably a half a year. On the inside part of its front window there is a paper explaining that the house was found to be abandoned (previous owner probably went under water and left) but unfortunately doesn't have any contact info. If I am interested buying this property and want to find the party (probably mortgage holder) who has the ability to start the selling process; where do I begin? I have looked on zillow, relator.com, and even a direct link to the socal MLS (listingbook) that an agent previously gave me but have had no success. I guess what I am asking how do I find the mortgage company owner of a particular address. Thanks.
