Look on Realtor.com for what you are looking to buy or sell. See which agent has the most listings.

You could call the local area county association of realtors and ask them. Realtor.com could also be a good source. Maybe email your local real estate offices and ask the manager or broker to give you the best listing agents (biggest producer) name and contact info. Set up listing appointments with that person and have them print out their sales history for the last couple years. Face to face will help you decide.

Okay, I'm confused...
A REA posts a question that they should be able to easily answer, presumably with the information jammed down their throat by the local chapter of NAR.
At some level, I'm expecting the expeditionary question - designed to ask/answer and "help educate" the consumer. Instead, a bunch of responses from other REAs that seem sincere in their effort to educate this poor lost REA.

Look on your local MLS and see who has properties like yours then see which one answers the phone on the weekend. That a good acid test.

It comes down to what you are looking for. If you are a buyer then it could be (commercial, residential, multi dwelling, less than $100,000 homes, investor, owner occupant, 1st time buyer), and again the same thing if you are a seller.
