This is an old post and question, but the answer is still the same.
Have your Realtor do it for you. There are codes on the MLS listings that make it easy for us. These codes do not exist on most Internet, do it yourself sites.

Thank you for the help!  I too was looking for a way to list a home near DFW Airport that is fully handicap accessible.  I was also told by someone that a magazine called Disabled Dealer will allow us to post a home for sale in the magazine and on the internet site for $29.00.  It would be great if our MLS system or Realtor.com would set up a way we could make it easier to locate these homes.

I currently have a listing that is handicap accessible and I too am having difficulty trying to specify that so a potential buyer looking for such a property may find it.
Here is one place I am advertising the property.

You might also try to search on Craigslist by keyword. (Note: the word handicap is included in the fair housing disclaimer that some people put on their listings)
