We've enqueued the duplicate for deletion. It will be removed from the site within the next few days.
The $66k is a tax assessment figure. Your home currently does not have a Zestimate. However, with the recent sale you should expect a Zestimate to populate within the next few months. You are also able to edit the facts. Editing the home facts is the best way to impact the Zestimate. The more complete facts the more chance of a Zestimate.
Thanks!

Can someone please help. I need to talk to someone from Zillow.

Thanks Matt for the help. However, there is a problem now. I was able to move the location but now it is showing 2 locations for my house. One in the appropraite location and one across and down the street a little (saying zestimate is 162K). Is there a way to remove this one? Also it seems like my house is the only one on zillow where the property lines are not drawn in on all 4 sides. I don't know why. I just want it to be enclosed in the right spot on the map with a real zestimate (not 55k). My address is 619 S Beverly St, Wheaton, IL 60187. Is there anything you can do or someone I can talk to to get this changed.

Hi cliesch22,
You can edit your home facts (which includes your map location) by claiming your property and clicking the corresponding links in the Edit dropdown menu on the home details page.
The home details page is the page with the photo of the home, the data, and the charts and graphs. You'll see the Edit icon under the image. In the dropdown there are options to move map location, edit facts, and add/edit photos.
Hope this helps. I'm following this thread, so feel free to reply if you have any additional questions.

How do I fix my home info and location on the map?
