Zillow hurt the sale of my property because they didn't have any real updated information on my property. I finally had to ask them to remove my house and l isting from their site under threat that I would sew them for the difference in price... and finally they removed the listing. At the time I was a NYS licensed Realtor and knew the area very well having lived there for 50 years... Unfortunately people who don't use realtors that think they know what they are doing use zillow as gospel... I'd get my attorney to write to them if I was you... I have found Zillow to be wrong more often than not because they apply the same formulas to all areas without having investigated the area themselves.
