How do I get Zillow to correct information about my newly listed house?

126 Orchard Ct., Richland, WA 99352 is on a parcel size of 11220 SQFT and the lot size is .26  acre  Also the Benton County assessor just gave notice in 7/22/2011 tht the new market value was 183,500.  Realtors know that the market value is this plus an additional 10% at this time.  The house has been totally renovated with all new sinks, bathrooms fixtures, light fixtures, flooring, Venetian plastering, hand painted artistic details, custom made cabinet knob and so much more.  Please correct the information on this site.

Your agent has control over the property details on Zillow, so should be able to make the correction to lot size.

Zestimates are calculated from the core public data on a house, and do not include upgrades such as those you describe.  Hence, a Zestimate is a starting point for comparison of homes and not an appraisal or CMA.
