As long as the property is listed with a real estate co., look up the address and scroll to the bottom of the report to find the zestimate. As previously mentioned it is best to contact a local Realtor. Do you need help in locating one in your area? Contact me directly for the referral

The Zestimate provided here on Zillow does not necessarily reflect the current market value of any specific property. I would recommend contacting a local Realtor to help you determine that.

if you follow Zestimate, you will either pay at the over price or the sellers do not sell the house to you, talk to your agent (the buyer agent) and ask them to do the comparable market analysis for you.
