The market in New Jersey is still in a recovery mode.  Values are very much neighborhood specific.  Estimates  of value can hedge up or down on a quarterly basis.  The Zestimate does not adequately reflect  those changes in real time.

Contact a local real estate professional or hire an appraiser.  For mortgage purposes appraisals are only good for 90 days for most loan products.

there is no better way to get the market value than through Very, Very good real estate professional. One that can prove they know the area and can prove how close to list price they sell their listings! Its an absolute Must! Any realtor can do a simple CMA, but one with a proven track record can prove their formula and knowledge of the area

Zestimates are just that an estimate.  You can get it by simpily doing a search of your address through zillow.  If you don't see it, make sure under the refine button, you have zestimate option on. 

The best way to know how much your house is worth, contact a local professional.  Make sure you pick one that sells a lot of homes in your area!

You are far better off contacting a local Realtor and asking them for a free CMA...the zestimates are pretty terrible.
