How do I get a Zestimate?

I have been mucking around on your website for 15 minutes and cannot figure out how to get a Zestimate on property I own. I figured one had to "register" to get access, but that did no good either.

Hi Jeff -

You can check if the property is already in the site by clicking on "Homes" at the top of this page and type in the address in the address search box. You will see a bubble, click on the address to view the home's information page.



Just a heads up, Zestimate is just a starting point to know a property's estimated market value. To get the appraisal value, its best to get a professional appraiser or do a CMA.

I have tried 5 different properties and NONE show any sort of "Zestimate". The only things that do appear are nearby homes with "for sale" or "make me move" prices. So, what am I missing here?

Click on the following link http://www.zillow.com, type the address in the Find homes box then hit the GO button, not all homes in US have the Zestimate. There is not need to register to access the Zestimate.
