I would highly suggest having 2-3 Realtors come in and give you a free no-obligation market analysis. A website cannot tell your local market conditions.

You can also check the accuracy rate for Zestimates, in Montana they are very low because we are a non-disclosure state. What that means is zillow does not have accurate sold information to give a good market analysis. It would be best to contact a realtor if you live in Montana.

Zillow doesn't do the appraisal, they has the Zestimate, if you want to know it then click on the following link http://www.zillow.com/ ,the the address in the Find homes box then hit the GO button, not all homes in US have the Zestimate.
