The first thing you can do is is a Zestimate on Zillows website. This is a formula and may or may not be 100% accurate, The second thing you could do is contact a real estate agent and ask them to do a free CMA (comparative market analysis. This report is free and may or may not be 100% accurate. The final thing you can do and the most accurate is to pay for an appraisal. This can be helpful if it is your home that you are trying to determine the value and want and need documentation. This can be a useful tool in marketing your property.

You could always utilize Zillow, it is very easy to use their Website... but I would strongly recommend first calling upon your favorite local Realtor to give you the most up to date professional local information. We all pride ourselves on being the local experts! If you don't personally know a Realtor, ask family or friends for a personal recommendation.

Call a local Realtor and ask them to do a comparative market analysis for you, they really need to come out to see the interior of the house that would be best. You can also pay an appraiser to come out and appraise the house.
