I would strongly urge you to either contact a local realtor, if you don't know any I or any agent can refer you to one or pull down the professionals tab up top, ask them to do a comparative market analysis for you or hire an appraiser to know what your property is currently valued at.

You can do that by two ways.  Zillow.com will give you what they consider their Zestimate.  If you type in your address into Zillow your home's info page will appear.  Look for the Zestimate at the top.

Another way to get a more accurate picture of what the market is holding for your home is to call a local real estate agent and ask them to come over and do a market analysis of your home.  A market analysis will use "like kind" comps that have recently sold with price adjustments for differences to give you a price range of value for your home.  And they best part about it is, most agents will do this for FREE!  So, give someone a call and get you a free market analysis by a professional.

Best of luck!

You can get a Zestimate either by entering the address into the box below "find homes" on the home page, or by clicking on "homes" in the top line of this page, enter address and click on go.

You will then see a pop up box on the map with the Zestimate and a few pieces of data on the home.   Click on the address for the home details page with considerably more data, the Zestimate range and other information.

A Zestimate is a number generated with public facts from a statistical model.  Please see this FAQ "What is a Zestimate?" as well as "Zestimate values and accuracy"
