How do I get a new zestimate?

The only information used to get my current zestimate was the price we paid for it in a short sale.  All of the properties similar including my neighbors are much higher?

Yeah I'm having the same problem. My listing should have a Zestimate of 320 at least, but it is much lower than that as it doesn't take into consideration the large 4 car 1800 square foot garage or 1800 square foot apartment above

Regardless of you buying your home as a short sale, a Zestimate will factor non-short sale comps.

Zestimates are only educated guesses, I really wouldnt worry about it.
