If you have a beach home, you don't really want a Zestimate on it. Zillow is not very good at estimating certain types of property including farm property, waterfront, view property and beach property. Your best bet is to look at recent sales and include them in your comp list on your home page so people can see your value from that perspective instead.
Since you are selling, make sure you have good quality photos too. That way buyers can appreciate what your house has to offer. I love beach bungalows. Wishing you a speedy sale!

Appreciate the information you gave. I've posted our beach home for sale by owner on Zillow, but their is no "zestimate" value listed regarding my asking price versus the location average home value versus Zillow's determination of where our bungalow would fall in the range. Trying to figure how to obtain or have Zillow create an accurate zestimate.

To get a Zesimate, you can go here enter the address in the Find Homes box and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page.
When you list for sale the Zesitmate is still on the page, but it drops down to the middle just above the chart.
