MissoulaKate, beware of Zestimates for homes in Montana. An accurate Zestimate requires access to sold data (i.e., sold prices of comparable homes) and that data is not available in Montana. Montana is a non-disclosure state and the sold price of homes is not public record.
This is why the Zillow reports for state sale price trends is blank for Montana (and for the other non-disclosure states)

Click on the following link http://www.zillow.com , type the address in the Find homes box then hit the GO button, not all homes in US have the Zestimate.
