How do I get an erroneous listing off your website???

Our home shows up on your website as an active listing and I would like to have it removed....it is not for sale.  How do we go about getting it off your website?  I have sent several requests to do so over the past 3 weeks and it still shows up.  Our address is 87 Heritage Drive, Lake Wylie, SC 29710.  Thank You, Chris O'Brien.  My e-mail is kos30612@hotmail.com

Hi Cobrien3 -

Sunnyview is correct. It is important to check the source of the listing and request the agent or broker to remove the listing from their system before it can be permanently removed from Zillow.

If you still need help on this, please let us know.

Thank you.

It looks like you listing is coming off a feed from this agent here. If you look at the very bottom of your main house page there is section titled "listing provided by" and link or agent name to click on. Click on the "see listing website" link to get to the feed site.

That agent or company is the one who must remove the listing from being sent to Zillow. Send the agent an email ask that the listing be removed. Mistakes do happen with all the listings and feeds that agents deal with. You have the right to ask for it to be removed from being listed for sale.

Zillow can also help you remove it, but if the agent does not remove the feed it will pop up for sale again on Zillow or other sites when the new feed comes in. You also need to google your address to make sure that you are not listed on other RE sites as for sale and ask for any of those feeds to also be removed.
