Hi Kim, I can help you on that. If you give me the address or zip code, I'll email you some. Ricky

Why do you want comps of more than a year old?  They have no value to you today!  All that is relevant in today's real estate market is today, today, today:  Sales of comparables 3 months out or less.

Are you trying to learn what someone paid for their property?   Will it make you feel better knowing you're getting an incredible deal now?

Contact a local realtor.  They have access to everything that has sold within the past several years.  That's what Realtors are here for!

Best of luck,

Hi Kim: For any home on Zillow -- whether it's for sale or not -- you can see "Nearby Similar Sales." Just type in the address of the home in question and once on the home details page, scroll down a bit and on the right-hand side of the page, you will see "Nearby Similar Sales" with homes showing as little yellow houses. Click on the link just under the homes showing, ""See sales similar to (address) and you can filter under "Sold on" to see homes that sold beyond a year. These homes are similar to the home in question. Also, you can always contact a real estate agent to help you with this. Good luck!

Comparable usually don't go beyond 6-9 months unless really there has been no activity in the area for over a year.  All agents have the capability to search for comparables..you can even do it yourself on zillow, might not be the best way but you can get an idea of what is around.

Any realtor can pull comps for you that are more than a year old?  The question is, why?  When buying, selling, and re-financing, comps can not be used that are over 6 months old.
