How do I get current value index data?

The value index chart for my zip code is up to Jan. 2010. Is there a way to get the data for April 2010? I am looking to take out a home equity loan but my loan company is only offering 75% of the value of my home because the value of homes in my zip code is down 1%. I need to know when or if the value goes back up in order to re-apply so I can receive 80% of the value of my home.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but Zillow has value charts by town/city, zip, neighborhood etc. here. You can type in the area you want in the top box on that page. The "Home Values" link in the lefthand column will give you even more charts for areas like here. Hope it helps.
