I do not see that address on the local map here so Zillow may not have enough information to have your house listed yet. They do add new houses to the database all the time though as they collect more information or you can put it on the site by posting it as a Make Me move.
If you choose to do that, I would not post your phone number or email though. Keep those things private and stick with the Zillow contact form and a web based email to avoid being contacted by agents or people if you are not looking to sell right now.
