How do I get him off? Someone put his name on my house as owner.

1997 we bought our home and the deed is in our name.
Now this person Dale Davis has his name on our property as owner.
Can you please explain?

Have your title company search the chain of title. They can tell you what happened.

Hi:

Where do you see Dale Davis? And on what property? On the property you claimed, I see no Dale Davis.

If "Dale Davis" has his name on county record, there will be a problem, and if "Dale Davis" has his name on Zllow under "claim by owner" then there is nothing to worry about, many people are claim wrong house by mistake.

Call your Title Insurane Co. that insured your home when you bought it.

You paid them insurance to handle these type of issues.

They will take care of it.
