You need to contact the agent and request them to remove the listing from Visual Tour feed system. Once removed, this will automatically remove the posting on Zillow.

What claim are you referring to? If the listing agreement expired then it's over. Go pick someone else. If you are seeing your listing on zillow or other sites, that is somewhat common as these sites are not connected with the MLS system and your old agent will need to manually remove the listing. Just ask him/her to do it or complain to their boss if they do not.
