You can claim your home and edit the home facts. A number of those you describe may not be part of the Zestimate (e.g. out door living area) so keep your eye open for the owner's estimate feature to come back within a few months. If Zestimate may recalculate to reflect these edits, however, be patient. It takes several weeks to several months.
