How do I get my home Zestimete updated . It does not include the latest building information.

Home Address is 21309 Lowland Avenue, Eagle River Alaska.  We added close to 1400 square feet of covered outdoor living area that is not included in the zestimate.  The new construction included a New Laminated Beam & Engineered Trusses Construction 950 Sq Feet Car Port and a new back deck Covering of 264 Square Feet that is not included in my zestimate or on my recent tax appraisal...please help.

You can claim your home and edit the home facts.   A number of those you describe may not be part of the Zestimate (e.g. out door living area) so keep your eye open for the owner's estimate feature to come back within a few months.   If Zestimate may recalculate to reflect these edits, however, be patient.  It takes several weeks to several months.
