Hi mkoonce,
Most likely, your Realtor is a member of IDX. This is an international sharing community of brokers whom direct information about their listings all over the world. remax.com is very well advertised and directs people to their international website as well. Your listing is probably automatically posted at realtor.com, one of the most popular websites. So, don't feel too left out. Your Realtor may not feel the timing or venue is right in an alternative site.
Even with all the best tools available at Re/Max and our own multiple listing service directing to IDX, I still like to use www.postlets.com. This service is free and it automatically sends my postings to the alternative websites like zillow and trulia. A person needs to manually upload to sites like craigslist from there, but a nice flyer is created by postlets, and appears more professional. You might ask your Realtor to check it out and help you decide if this is best for your property. Sometimes I have to consider where time advertised is best spent. I'm always asking myself am I doing the best thing for this particular property or advertising to it's detriment?
Since you've hired a Realtor, you'll want to take every advantage of having that third party handle your inquiries.
Hope this helps you. Good luck selling!

Hi mkoonce-
First, you have to claim the property. When you have successfully claimed the property on Zillow. You should see an option to post home for sale. If your listing agent has a web page for your property. Add the URL to the related web site option when you post your home for sale. You can also add the contact information of your listing agent.

How do I get my house to be listed for sale on zillow?
