How do I get my house to show on the right side of the street on the map and in its proper location?

My whole street, on the location areal map, has the odd and even numbered houses on the wrong side, and all the houses are off by one lot. For example, my house is shown across the street and one house down (as are all the other houses on my street - in fact some are shown on the wrong block!  My house is 352 Zane Rd in Chillicothe, OH - yet it's pictured at the location of my neighbor at 343 Zane Rd.  The house on the map where MY house is, is actually on the corner of the next block, across the street (359 Zane Rd).  It's really frustrating!  I'm sure it didn't help when my neighbor (at 351 Zane Rd) had the map showing "her" house as the house that's, in actuality, 344 Zane Rd - which obviously looks nothing like her home (a corner lot on the other side of the street!).

Can this PLEASE be fixed?
