How do I get my zestimate changed? Is there an appeal process?

Homes with the same model/floor plan on smaller lots in my neighborhood have higher zestimates.  My home has equal features and upgrades.  Why is this?  How do I get this changed or explained?

Took a look and most similar nearby homes' Zestimates are more or less similar to yours so no technical problem here. If the home's facts are incorrect, please update them but we don't manually over-ride Zestimates. Remember that it's an estimate!

Since they are calculated based on available information online, they may be inaccurate at times.

Most Realtors and lenders will know to validate any automated value calculations with current and valid data, so the Zestimate will not affect your ability to sell or refinance your home.
