Under Edit, I do not find a "Claim your listing" option. The only options are "Problem with listing and post to Craige list. I need to cancel this listings.

You can manually claim your listing by looking up the address then go to the home information page, hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Claim your listing". You can also change the email address that you are using in Zillow to the email address that you used for the listing so all your listing with that email address will be automatically claimed under your listings.
