Today we attach a logo to an entire feed.  So if ColdwellBanker sends a feed, then we can apply a CB logo to all of their listings.  However, when Postlets sends a feed, obviously there are various brands represented in the feed - so we can't apply a logo.

We are actually working on changing this, but it is much more complicated than one would think to do.  This means it is requiring a lot of resources to build.  Because of this, what you will likely see in the future is that all of our premier advertisers will be able to have logos on their listings. This change will be good for advertisers, because then they would get their logos on their listings regardless of the feed source.

Some time back this was only available to offices that send in their listing with an automatic feed. I was hoping this would be changed. Please let me know if Zillow has updated this field. It would be nice for anyone to post a logo.
