How do I get our home re-evaluated from your current (truly underpriced) zestimate?

As you've claimed your home:

a.  edit the facts so they are correct.
b.  Review comps and chose better ones.
c.  Fill out the "owner's estimate" section to reflect upgrades/downgrades to your home.
d.  Then, wait patiently (perhaps 8 weeks) to see what happens to the Zestimate.

A Zestimate is not an appraisal, and will never substitute for an appraisal.

Zillow periodically updates its Zestimates. You can also claim your home, update any incorrect facts, pick your own comps, and create your "owner's estimate".

Just curious, why does it matter what Zillow has for an estimate of value?
