May we ask the address in question so we can check how the information can be deleted?

Linda, if it were me and I had the "new " listing contract, the previous agent had an expired listing. I would call her and ask her to remove all Signs off of the property asap and if I received no answer then I would call her principal broker and ask for her/his assistance. As you already know usually it is just a call to the sign post company to remove it from the previous listing agent. Hope this helps.

How do I get rid of an agent that still has their info on my property after it's been off the market
