You need to search the property on the website to get the Zestimate of the house. Type the complete address on the search box and pull up the home details page of the property.

If the house is listed for sale in zillow, the zestimate may or may not appear in the white box when you do a lookup on the house. If it doesn't appear in the white box, click on details and scroll down until you find it.
However, especially in Pueblo West (if that is where you are looking), sometimes the Zillow estimates are way off. If you are using a realtor to help you with the purchase, he/she should be able to provide you with prices on comparable properties that have recently sold.

I think you mean that you are looking at a house that is listed for sale, including on Zillow. It appears that most of the time, when a house is listed for sale on Zillow, that they remove the Zestimate. I don't know exactly what prompted that, but I speculate that sellers raised hell with Zillow when someone would look at their home on the site and find a Zestimate that was significantly lower than their list price. Whether it actually hurt their prospects for a sale or not, the perception that Zillow's computer-generated estimate was costing them a sale can make people very angry. Since the Zestimate is a computer-modeled algorithm, it isn't accurate enough to determine a real value, but you would be amazed how many people inside and outside the industry use Zillow for a roadmap to a value. So with millions of people having difficulty selling their homes for what they need to pay off their mortgage, frustrations run high. If Zillow is getting calls and emails from thousands of people who are miffed at Zillow for "low-balling" their value, it stands to reason that thetare better off taking the Zestimates down whenever a home is on the market.
Or for the short answer: You can't see the Zestimate on a home that's listed for sale.
My recommendation is to talk with a trusted real estate agent and have them help you to research comparable sales, and help recommend a proper value.
One thing to remember: When you go under contract, you will have the opportunity to have the home appraised. If your appraisal indicates a lower value than the sales price, you should have the ability to cancel the transaction or get a price adjustment. You won't be locked in to that contract if the value isn't supported.
Good luck

On the home page, type the address into the white box and hit the blue "go" button.
How do I get the Zestimate on a home I am considering buying?
