How do I get the Zestimate removed from my listing? It is in MS, a non disclosure state.

I have not looked at the houses in MS too much. Do most houses there have Zestimates and how accurate do you think they are? I do look at houses in TX and they are also a non disclosure state so the Zestimates are a bit inconsistent there.

I do not think that Zillow will remove it, but you might want to check with your local assessor to see if you have an option with them to keep your info more private at that level so that it is not released to sites in the future. Some states have that option.

Opinions of approximate value have nothing to do with disclosure of sale prices.

Zestimates will not be "removed" under ANY circumstances, even if you bribe the website owners and management 40 billion dollars.

The "best" way to remove the Zestimate from this website for your house is to burn your house down.
