If all you see is "report a problem with home", it suggests someone else has claimed the home. If what you see is "report a problem with listing", it suggests the home is listed for sale/rent by an agent or by you using something such as postlets or owners.com or other feed source.
If the house is not for sale or rent, click on report a problem and chose "incorrect owner claim" as the option on the drop down list.
If you have posted the home for sale or rent using postlets or another source, then you will have to do edits at the source site (or cancel at the source to do the edits on Zillow).

What are you trying to do, edit a home? You will have to claim it first, top right under My Zillow and then you can edit it.

How do I get the other choices back in "Edit?" All I get is "Report a Problem."
