I would contact a few local agents in the area and ask them for a CMA - comparative market analysis - or comps. That way, you'll get a much more specific idea of this value of the property in question than a general value. For example, Trousdale is very different from the flats so finding a hyper-local agent is best. Best of luck, Caroline
