Ask a local professional for a CMA including 3 sold comps in your area and 3 active comps preferably in your same neighborhood and compare your home to your competition. The agent should be able to come up with a range of value for your property.

Call a local Realtor, and he will do what is called a CMA .... a Comparative Market Analysis. The CMA should include properties that are currently listed for sale, those that are pending and most importantly properties that have recently settled. This CMA will give you a more accurate value of what price you should list your property for and what the property should sell for. If you are located in the Reading, PA area, please give me a call at [phone removed by Zillow moderator] CJ Levan

Sometimes, especially if you are in a community, using a street address will not work. there are community variable that are not counted in. Call a local Realtor, and have a CMA done...it's free and will be a much better bbarameter for you!

Usually that is all you need to do. Maybe try typing only the street and looking it up that way.

How do I get the value of my home? I type in the address as I used to do, but no results?
