An estimate is not a "price"! It is a machine generated opinion of approximate value.
There is a place for owner's or agent's comment on the estimate on every homedetails page on Zillow.
(in the "charts and data" section, right under the Zestimate and Rent Zestimate info, right above the charts).
If no comment is posted, it has a link for "post a comment", unless the property is already claimed or listed by someone else.
If you have an agent listing the property that has control of the listing on the home details page, you should have the agent post the comment for you.
If the listing has already been removed and the property is still claimed by someone else, use the "report a problem" button under the "edit" pull down tab under the main menu and chose "incorrect owner claim".

Welcome to Zillow.
In order to add an owner comment to the Zestimate on a home, the first thing that has to be done is to claim the home on Zillow. At this point it appears you've saved a favorite home, but that is a different action than claiming a home.
Claim can be found on the property details page in the drop down menu for "edit" (just below the description). Once you've claimed it, you will see the ability to add an owner comment. In addition, if there are incorrect data, you will have a chance to edit that data.
Zillow doesn't reevaluate individual Zestimates on request, so E-mailing customer service is likely to trigger a generic response.

Have you tried sending an email to customer service about an incorrect zestimate? When I called customer service that was a suggestion that was made. I'm having the same problem on one of my listing and I just sent zillow a request for a zestimate correction.

How do I get the zestimate corrected on our home? There is no option to add 'owner comment'.
