The Zestimate is a starting point built off the core facts of the house such as the square footage, lot size, number of rooms. It doesn't take into acocunt upgrades nor repair condition (hence the starting point, not an appraisal or CMA). Therefore, putting comments in the description would help potential buyers.

What you need is the owner estimate to all those things and it is sadly offline until March from what I read. If I were you, I would add those features to the owners description or Zesitmate comment box so that people can see them and post some nice photos of your house so people can see for themselves.

You can "claim" the home and then edit the information on the house. It will take a long time for the information change to reflect on the zestimate(up to 8 weeks), but it will eventually affect the zestimate price. Good Luck.
How do I get the zestimate of my home more accurate?
I have done improvements to the house. I have installed new water heater, furnace (with digitial thermostat, air conditioning unit), as well as had a few rooms in the house re-wired to code.
