I think what you are asking is, how do I a price find the the market price for my house, condo, investment property, commercial property? I will guess you are talking residential? Contact a active agent and ask him to provide a (CMA), a comparative market analysis? With update where done, stats on the demographics in you area. You really do not want to go back more than 3 month in your search to loo at, What is Active, Pending, and closed. Also, make sure the agent compares apples to apples. Same style house, Year built, bedrooms, bathrooms, upgrades, parking, lot size, taxes, side street or main street.
If your dealing with a condo, what tier of the building, views, assessment fees, special assessment fees. parking, amenities. and like always location, location, location!
