Since January 2009

Zillow does not have appraisals, but they do have a Zestimate for many houses. Try going here and typing the address that you want in the empty box at the top of the page then hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has information for the house and bird's eye map and the address will come up. Click on the address for even more information. If you need more information about your house's value, you can contact a local agent or an appraiser to help you. Hope the link helps.

In today's market, unfortunately, for now none of the online valuation services are accurate, especially in Las Vegas where property values have been declining.  The reason for this is because those valuation models are based on sales from the last 6 months.  However generally speaking, your home is not worth what it was 6 months ago, 2 months ago, or even one month ago. 

A more accurate gauge or value is to examine the current inventory of homes available for sale in your neighborhood.  If you would like a range of what your home is worth, I would be more than happy to give you the "snapshot of value" for your home in today's market. The good news for the market is that it appears that we have hit the bottom of the market and home prices are starting to tick upward a bit in most areas of the valley.  The only variable is that while we know there are a lot more foreclosures about to hit the market, we do not know how fast they will be apportioned to the market, and if the demand will continue to exceed the supply as that supply trickles into the market.  For now, it appears demand will outstrip demand for some time.

You really want to contact a Las Vegas Realtor. You are not going to get accurate values on general real estate websites as they don't have all the data.
