Rommy,
I verified that the current listing information on this property is residual data from a secondary feed that the previous agent was using. I have deleted the active listing off of zillow and contacted epropertysites to get that removed on their end as well.
I do see the First Team listing feed on our backend, but in order to get your listing from First Team correctly on Zillow now I need you to 'refresh' the listing. Can I please have you make some minor changes to the listing on your end. This could be as simple as adding/deleting a word in the description; so when the listing comes through to Zillow again, our system will recognize this as a new listing and post properly.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I will more than happy to take care of this for you personally. Have a wonderful day.

Under the photo, there is an edit button. click on it and click on "claim this listing".
Another option is to go to edit button, click on "report a problem", and click "incorrect listing agent".
zillow will take care of it. Hope this helps.

How do I get you to change my listing to my information.
