There are several things you can do if the Zestimate appears "wrong".
1. Check the facts. Is everything accurate related to number of rooms, square feet etc? If not, edit them (after you've claimed the home). (If you make changes that will affect the Zestimate, it will be several weeks - perhaps six to eight - until the Zestimate modifies).
2. Evaluate the comps used, and select better comps.
3. Have you used the "owner's estimate" feature to reflect upgrades, views, and other features that may add value to the property? Zestimate statistical model uses only the public facts and doesn't know if you have soaring ceilings, hardwood floors adding value or moldy bathrooms and holes in the walls detracting from value.
4. If you have a recent appraised value, put it in the comment section

How do I get you to change your "zestimate" for my home? It is so wrong it could be hurting the sale
