Zillow addresses their philosophy on removal of Zestimates (bottom line, they won't) in their little video "Can I remove my home from Zillow?"
If a client is opposed to AVMs (of which there are more than 20 available on the internet), you either have to chose to avoid advertising on sites using AVMs or spend some time on educational process so that the client knows the strengths and weaknesses of AVMs.

How do I get your "zestimate" removed from my listing? My client does not want it on there.
