You can do it either from your profile page (click on your user name) under "listings" by setting a "make me move", or from the home details page.
To get to the home details page, use the "homes" tab above and type your address in the search box. When it find it, click on the icon to open the home details page.
Then choose the "edit" tab under the main picture, and there should be a "claim this home" button near the bottom (assuming it is not already claimed).
Click that, and it will ask you a question to try to verify that it really is your home.
Once claimed, you likely still won't be able to edit the position unless you set a "make me move". After correcting the location, you can remove that feature if you don't want to use it.
