Hi, To search on a ongoing basis I can set up an email alert for all the active listings that pop up for sale. Also if you let me know what subdiviison & what floor plan you are looking for. I can do some research and see if there are any owners that are looking to sell that don't have there home on the market right now. Feel free to give me a call or email me
Have a great day!!!

You can set up market updates in Zillow. Look on the FAQ tab for a quide.
A Realtor or agent can set up a search in their MLS for you that updates daily. You should be one of the first to know if something shows up.
find a builder who is building the tyoe of floorplan that you like and talk to them about building in the neighborhood that you like.

How do I go about locating a resale townhome in a very specific area?
None of the floorplan ones that I like are for sale right now. How do I go about searching on an ongoing basis? Is it possible to get one premarket? Could I contact owners directly? Or do I contact a realtor.?
