If it keeps popping up, it is likely that the agent has a feed that they've not inactivated properly. Despite the agent's protests, the agent has to remove it completely from their feed. So, next time this happens (or now if it is again listed for sale), open your home details page, scroll to the bottom and look for the blue listing website. Click on the blue words and you'll have found the source of the problem.
Then, call the agent and ask them to remove it from the listing website (have the url in hand so you can identify it for them). Don't use the word Zillow because then you'll get the "blame Zillow" response again, instead focus on the listing website. (Or, do it in writing with a cc to their broker and local board).
But, before you make that call, google your address to figure out how many other sites has an active listing for your property. (The last one I checked was 25!). All will point back to the agent and his/her feed.
It is frustrating indeed that the agent hasn't inactivated it properly.

How do I keep my house from being listed as "for sale" on Zillow?
