How do I learn who is taking credit for my listing and stop it?

You notified me that someone was taking credit for the 11595 Compass Point #4. How can that be? Who is it and how can they do it?

I searched for the 11585 Compass Point on the site and it doesn't look like it is marked as being for sale at all on the site.

When I did the search another listing on Compass Point came up as being for sale by foreclosure.com, but I can't tell if that is the same home, as we don't display the full address on those. 

On For Sale listings, near the contact information, we aways source where the data is coming from.  Here you would be able to see if someone else's name were on your listing.  If you do ever find this, you should click the gray flag button on the listing and select 'dispute listing agent'.  This sends a flag to our customer service dept to research and resolve.
