Just contact Zillow and they should have a flat fee for listing your home.

Only licensed Real Estate agents can list properties on the MLS.

Zillow can refer you to a specific Flat-Fee Service for placement on your Local MLS...and does

"Receive maximum exposure by listing on MLS for a one-time flat fee."

If you use the link it takes you to a Owners.com page where you will then see at the top of the page.."In partnership with Zillow"

Might be a tad confusing especially since imo no one really knows what the partnership is except Zillow & Owners.com

Zillow does not place properties on any of the MLS's..they are just linking you to an outfit/Flat Fee Service that charges you for doing so and is
 "In partnership with Zillow" ;)

Bottom line is they are directing your business to Owner.com where you'll pay whatever they charge to be listed on your local MLS

IMO however
If you decide to post on your local MLS via the Flat Fee route...

There are usually local Agents/Agencies that provide Flat Fee packages so I would suggest you look at local ads, shop around, call around & use a Local Realtor/Agency
Keep the money in the local economy, have a face to talk to, better communication...

As far as the they aren't as good as me because they don't charge as much as chatter or any cliche's like "You get what you pay for"...
You'll just have to decide for yourself if it has any real value or is just sales jabber

Your business deal, your money, your transaction, your future so make it your decision

Good luck whichever route you take

You can't. The local Realtor Association owns the MLS systems and so to be on them you must work with a Realtor and you must agree to pay a commission to the buyers agents company if they sell it. Must - no way zillow can get you on a real MLS system.
